    The Department has released a fact sheet - Summary of changes to the new Aged Care Rules. It provides a summary of key changes since the public consultation on the draft Rules. Following consultation, the Department advises that the new Rules give more detail on how the new Aged Care Act will operate from 1 November 2025.
