The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing has released the Aged Care Provider Requirements Search Tool and supporting material.

The Aged Care Provider Requirements Search Tool has been designed to help providers understand the rules, obligations and other requirements that will apply to registered providers under new Aged Care Act, which starts on 1 November 2025. It provides a summary of the legislative requirements based on the responses you provide. This tool does not replace the Act or associated Rules — it is a guide to help support you to navigate them.
