CHSP Provider Hub

In the Your Aged Care Update 23 June 2026, the Department highlighted that CHSP providers must make sure their information is up to date in the Government Provider Management System (GPMS) by 31 July.

Your GPMS organisation administrator must update your organisation’s responsible person/s and associate providers.

A responsible person is someone in your organisation who makes key decisions, is accountable for how care is delivered and managed, or has day-to-day responsibility for your operations.

Associate providers are organisations that a registered provider engages to deliver aged care services on their behalf.

Providers should continue reporting in the Data Exchange (DEX) as usual.

For assistance with this, Sector Support and Development has organised resources:

• GPMS / Responsible Persons Instructions - straightforward instructions to assist CHSP providers who are not familiar with the GPMS and how to update their responsible persons information
• Additional GPMS resources are available on the Department’s website.
