    Inform the direction of Sector Support and Development to support CHSP providers

    The National Mainstream Navigation Working Group supports SSD providers who provide Navigation activities as part of their work.

    • The National Mainstream Navigation Working Group is seeking feedback from SSD and CHSP providers about aged care navigational challenges and issues for CHSP providers and older people, what’s working well and navigation supports available.
    • Feedback from the survey will be used to support SSD Officers in enhancing activities for both CHSP providers and SSD National Community of Practice in 2025-2026 activities.
    • Please submit your response by 30 May 2025

    As part of their commitment to CHSP Sector Support and Development, fellow SSD provider Blue Care has the opportunity to provide funded training to support CHSP providers navigate the upcoming aged care funding reforms.

    • Blue Care is seeking feedback from CHSP providers about topics for further support/training regarding CHSP and Support at Home service delivery
    • Feedback from the CHSP Sector Support & Development Survey will be used to ensure that training offerings fit the needs of the sector
