  • Frequently asked questions in language

    Sector Support and Development Provider Inclusive and Diverse Communities (IDC), has developed My Aged Care Frequently Asked Questions factsheets in language.

    The factsheets brings together frequently asked questions raised by older people and carers and has been developed and refined over time through their ongoing My Aged Care information sessions, community engagement and collaboration with their bilingual link workers. This ensures the content reflects the questions, concerns and experiences commonly raised by culturally and linguistically diverse older people and their carers.

    To support accessibility and reach across our diverse communities, the factsheets have also been translated into Spanish, Macedonian, Simplified Chinese, Khmer and Vietnamese.

    They hope this resource will be useful to CHSP providers and others supporting older people and carers to better understand and navigate My Aged Care.
