    Aged Care Sector Support and Development survey - closes 1 September

    The Department of Health, disability and Aged Care is seeking input from in-home aged care providers and aged care peak bodies on the design of the Sector Support and Development (SSD) program.

    CHSP Sector Support and Development is currently funded until June 2026.

    The intent of sector support and development is to assist in-home aged care providers and aged care peak bodies with: 

    • capacity building tasks for the sector
    • training, recruitment and retention of workforce and volunteers 
    • improving funding structures and sponsorship arrangements for providers and aged care peak bodies.

    Your feedback will:

    • help enhance understanding of the challenges you face as a provider and areas where targeted support would be of benefit to you;
    • inform the advice provided to the government about how sector support and development might work from 2026 onwards.

    The Aged Care Sector Support and Development Survey closes 1 September 2025
