Published by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission this toolkit provides aged care providers and workers with information and resources to support your engagement with older people, their families and supporters on key topics including:

• the rights of older people in aged care
• raising concerns when something doesn’t feel right
• the role of the provider in supporting older people to speak up
• the role of the Commission and Aged Care Complaints Commissioner.

The commission has also created materials to help communicate this information through your channels, including newsletter copy, social media posts and links to videos and resources.
