CHSP Providers - Digital Transformation Workshop

COTA Queensland's Sector Support and Development Team is delivering a two-hour online workshop for CHSP Providers. [Registrations from CHSP Providers in Queensland will be prioritised].

Many CHSP providers are starting to think about what technology can help them transform their operations, however knowing where to start can be overwhelming. In this online workshop Enkindle will help unpack reasons for digital transformation and then do a deep dive on home care software solutions that are available.

We will provide practical information on business case inclusions, selection, and implementation considerations to help you avoid ‘buyers regret’. As part of the two-hour online workshop we will provide practical guidance as well as an overview of 20 community care platforms.
