The clock’s ticking. From 1 July, CHSP providers will be operating under new rules, new reporting obligations, and a new service framework.

Over the past month, the Department has dropped a flood of critical documents. We’ll make sense of what’s been released, what it means for your day-to-day operations, and what actions to take now. If the updated CHSP Program Manual is released in time, we’ll cover that too.

This is your chance to hear directly from sector experts and get answers to the questions still hanging in the air.

This briefing will cover:

  • The updated CHSP Service Catalogue for 2025–27 – including what’s new, what’s gone, and what’s renamed
  • What the DEX Exchange Toolkit means for your internal systems and reporting
