Aged Care Reform Series - 2 Assessing and Maintaining Financial viability
Session 2: Assessing and Maintaining Financial viability for CHSP organisations in a time of reform - Siobhan Simpson from Stewart Brown.
This session is being hosted by COTA QLD and other SSD providers
Webinar Series Overview
All organisations in the aged care sector, across all programs or funding streams are being significantly impacted by a range of external drivers including changing regulatory landscapes and financial pressure to innovate and grow.
Servicing over 800,000 Australians annually the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) is not immune to these external drivers and their impacts. To ensure their organisations are able to continue to deliver important services that connect and support the elderly it is critical that CHSP leaders respond and adapt.
The complimentary four-part webinar series, Navigating Aged Care Reform, The Big Picture & Strategic Options for CHSP Organisations to Secure Service Delivery will explore:
Facilitated by Aaron Goldsworthy (Senior Consultant at Australian Strategic Services), the webinar series will draw on his 10+ years of experience educating and advising leaders and organisations operating across all programs in the aged care sector, and also a diverse range of associated human services, including health, disability and community services.
Aaron will be joined by a range of industry leaders as panellists, who collectively bring significant aged care experience spanning the big picture, strategic leadership and strategy, governance, leadership and management, financial management and viability, growth and development of new and existing services and more.
The webinar series will provide attendees with a range of practical and actionable insights and information, along with resources, to utilise in creating change in their organisation.
