COTA Queensland CHSP Provider Update
| The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing has released Support at Home fact sheets and Version 3 of the Support at Home Manual |
| Version 3 of the Support at Home Manual - access here. New fact sheets are available to help older people, their families and carers understand the Support at Home program. In-home care providers are encouraged to give these fact sheets to people in their care who will be moving to Support at Home from 1 November. (Noting that CHSP clients will not move into Support at Home 1 November).
