Grant opportunity: Historical Leave Liabilities Increases
The grant applies to workers affected by the Fair Work Commission’s (FWC) Stage 3 and aged care nurses decisions in the Aged Care Work Value Case.
| It will provide up to: - 25% of the FWC increase to leave entitlements for residential aged care providers
- 50% of the FWC increase to leave entitlements for:
- Home Care Packages Program (until 31 October)
- Commonwealth Home Support Program
- Transition Care Programme
- Short-Term Restorative Care Programme (until 31 October)
- National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Flexible Aged Care Program providers.
