    CHSP 2025-27 Funding Extension Grant - Closes 30 April 2025

    The Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) 2025-27 Funding Extension Grant Opportunity is now open for CHSP providers to continue delivering entry level aged care services.

    We have sent all eligible currently contracted CHSP providers an invitation to apply outlining:

    • their proposed 2025-27 funding and outputs
    • details on the application process and steps they need to take.

    Once the process is completed, we will send all eligible existing CHSP providers a new grant agreement to start on 1 July.

    Apply via email to CHSPextension@health.gov.au before 2:00 pm (AEDT) on 30 April.
