Apply now to access workforce capability programs
Aged Care Research & Industry Innovation Australia (ARIIA) has released three programs to equip the aged care workforce and leaders with the knowledge, skills and confidence to adapt, apply and implement best practice to solve problems in their organisations. Apply now to access these programs.
This Program is for individuals who work in or with aged care providers and recipients who want to change the way things are done. ARIIA will help you develop solutions grounded in evidence, to ensure meaningful, impactful and sustainable results. Bring your project idea or organisational challenge to the program, and their experts will guide you through finding the best solution and developing it into a robust project plan. Together, you’ll co-design your project using evidence-based practice, pragmatic implementation, effective change management, and outcome-focused approaches.
In the current aged care environment, strong leadership is essential to navigate reform and implement change successfully. Managers need to be change champions - bringing their staff along the journey of change, empowering them to solve problems, creating a safe space to innovate, and maintaining trust during uncertainty. All while understanding broader organisational context and delivering their business-as-usual work! The LIFT Leadership Program covers the fundamental skills and knowledge that managers need to lead teams through innovation, implementation and change. LIFT = Leading Innovation for Transformation
LIFT Projects for Reform Program

ARIIA work alongside you to refine your ideas and implement evidence-based changes to ensure meaningful, impactful and sustainable results. ARIIA know you’re working hard to get ready for July 1 and deliver great services beyond that! LIFT Projects for Reform Program can help you with an existing project or challenge. Their experts will work with you to develop a well-structured, actionable project plan via online modules and workshops.
