Falls are a significant concern for individuals over 65 years of age, with the risk being even higher for those with vision impairment. This webinar will highlight the specific risk factors for people with vision impairment, such as reduced depth perception, balance issues, and environmental hazards.
Key assessments and interventions for falls prevention, including visual assessments and environmental modifications; • Best practice for responding to falls and supporting recovery; and • Support systems and other valuable resources.
