Description

Fair Work Commission recently adjusted the minimum wage rates in modern awards and has decided that award rates of pay will be increased by 5.75 per cent effective from 1 July 2023. But what does this mean for providers in light of Air Work’s previous decision to increase minimum wages in aged care? To shed some light on that, Craig Pollard from Community Management Solutions has agreed to talk us through this issue.
