CHSP Providers are invited to attend the Tablelands and Surrounds Collaborative in person session in Atherton.

CHSP Providers are invited to attend to commence the development of a Tablelands and Surrounds CHSP Provider Collaborative Group (note, the name may change). Some providers in the region have met twice already and have posed that instead of this being a Network Meeting, they wanted collaborative action to take place to drive efficiency, effectiveness, quality and community engagement in order to remain viable and meet the aged care reforms.

This meeting invites current and new members of this group to get together, and start the process of establishing this group further, and developing collaborative actions.

Providers from the following areas are invited to attend:

• Atherton
• Mareeba
• Malanda
• Ravenshoe
• Innisfail
• Surrounding areas
