Overview
The South Australian Sector Support and Development Network have developed a 2026-27 webinar series. The series aims to provide CHSP providers with a source of truth, expertise, information and resources on focus areas that will support and enhance high quality care and service delivery.
What’s Covered
Understanding Your Obligations Under the Aged Care Act 2024
CHSP providers are preparing for one of the most significant regulatory changes in aged care: mandatory registration renewal under the Aged Care Act 2024. This online webinar, delivered in collaboration with the SA SSD Network and the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, will provide clear, practical guidance to help organisations navigate registration renewal with confidence.
Providers will gain a detailed understanding of what registration renewal means for CHSP organisations, including evidence requirements, governance expectations, and key readiness steps. The session will also highlight common pitfalls that can delay or complicate the process and how to avoid them.
Whether you’re a small community‑based provider or a large multi‑service organisation, this webinar will support you to strengthen preparation, meet obligations, and move through the renewal process smoothly.
If you’re seeking clarity, practical direction, and assurance during this transition, this session is designed for you.
The session includes three practical activities to help participants audit their current records and apply what they have learned before they leave.
