This session introduces the concept of psychological safety and its importance in aged-care settings. Participants explore how leaders can create the right conditions for open communication, learning, and team wellbeing. The session also highlights how psychologically safe teams are better positioned to test ideas, learn quickly, and improve outcomes for clients and the organisation.
