Overview
This practical masterclass is designed to help CHSP and Support at Home-funded aged care providers strengthen governance through effective internal auditing. Participants will build confidence in planning and conducting internal self-audits that move beyond compliance and support meaningful quality improvement across their organisation.
The session focuses on developing practical auditing skills, identifying risks early, improving accountability and using audit findings to drive better outcomes for older people.
