Council on the Ageing (COTA) Queensland Sector Support & Development team, in collaboration with Enkindle Consulting, invites you to a practical webinar focused on the new statutory duties introduced under the Aged Care Act 2024.

These new obligations place legal responsibilities on both aged care providers and responsible persons – including executives, board members and senior leaders. This session will clarify what’s required, outline the risks of non-compliance and walk you through the practical steps to meet your obligations.
