COTA Queensland CHSP Provider Update
Council on the Ageing (COTA) Queensland is delivering a Reform Ready Practical Webinar Series for CHSP Providers
Session 8 will focus on Implementing High-Quality Care
The Aged Care Act 2024 introduces a clear requirement for providers to demonstrate their capability and commitment to delivering high-quality care. This is a fundamental condition of registration under the new framework – especially for providers in registration categories 4, 5 and 6.
Hosted by the Council on the Ageing (COTA) Queensland and facilitated by Enkindle Consulting, this practical session will unpack what “high-quality care” means under the new legislation, help you assess your organisation’s current position and provide clear steps for embedding quality into daily operations and culture.
What’s Covered
Who Should Attend: This session is designed for leaders in CHSP-funded aged care responsible for governance, compliance, quality or service delivery.
