This practical workshop supports aged care and community service providers to strengthen internal capability in child safety and whistleblower reporting systems. Participants will explore practical approaches to compliance, reporting pathways, escalation procedures and safeguarding responsibilities within service delivery settings.
The session is designed to help organisations build effective systems, improve staff confidence and create safe, transparent and accountable workplace cultures.
