COTA Queensland CHSP Provider Update
📅 Monday 15 June 2026
🕐 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm AEST
📍 Online
Overview
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is being adopted across the aged care sector at a rapid pace, often faster than organisations have had the opportunity to establish governance frameworks or formal positions on its use. This webinar explores the current state of AI adoption in aged care, emerging trends, and practical considerations for providers seeking to navigate this evolving landscape.
Participants will be introduced to the Three Tiers of AI in Aged Care framework, designed to help organisations understand their position on the AI adoption spectrum. The session will focus on Tier 1 technologies, including widely used generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot, examining both the opportunities they present and the risks they introduce.
Attendees will also receive early access to the updated Guidelines for the Responsible Use of Generative AI in Aged Care, ahead of their official release.
