COTA Queensland CHSP Provider Update
Get ready to gain fresh insights into who today’s aged care consumers really are—and how to better engage, support and design services around their needs.
π
Tuesday 19 May 2026
π10:30am to 12:00pm AEST
πOnline
This live session explores how the aged care consumer is evolving—and why traditional assumptions no longer hold. As providers expand services and reach new communities, understanding who is actually making decisions, how trust is built, and what influences choice has become critical.
The session highlights that today’s “consumer” is often not just one person, but a network of family members with different priorities, shaped by cultural diversity, digital awareness, and growing expectations. Participants will gain practical insights into adapting services, communication and strategy to meet this more informed and complex audience.
Delegates will explore how to better understand and respond to the modern aged care consumer, including:
CEOs, general managers, marketing and customer experience professionals, and anyone responsible for attracting, retaining or understanding aged care clients.
