COTA Queensland CHSP Provider Update
📅 Tuesday 17th November, 2026
🕐 12.00pm - 1.00pm
📍 Online
What will it cover?
The significant extension of the Whistleblower Protection laws in Aged Care and the start of dual track Whistleblower and Complaints investigations is nearly a year old. Recent publicity about the treatment of whistleblowers has highlighted the damage that can be caused by getting the process wrong. We will cover how aged care providers should deal with Whistleblower disclosures and investigations, how to manage the dual track investigations and how to manage the coverage of more than one legislative regime.
Who Should Attend?
These free webinars are ideal for Board members, CEO’s, executive managers, managers, governance professionals, compliance leads and quality coordinators across Residential Care, Support at Home and the Commonwealth Home Support Program and other senior people who need to be across the new obligations and reforms.
