Wellness and reablement is about helping older people stay independent, confident and in control – by doing with, not doing for.
The Australian Government requires CHSP-funded aged care providers to embed a wellness and reablement approach into all services.
A wellness and reablement approach:
Webinar 1 in a series of 4, this 90 minute webinar, will give you a solid grounding in implementing a wellness and reablement approach into a range of CHSP services.
Through practical examples, you'll discover ways to help older people to see and welcome the real benefits of this approach in their daily lives.
Your facilitators have extensive experience supporting CHSP-funded providers to embed a wellness and reablement approach into their services.
Bring your questions – there'll be time for a Q&A.
This session is suitable for anyone working in CHSP-funded aged care and provides a strong foundation for other webinars in the series.
