Overview

Many not-for-profit organisations face uncertainty when relying on just one income stream, putting their future at risk if that funding ends. This session guides community groups through reviewing their current fundraising efforts and developing sustainable alternatives.

In this workshop, you will create a tailored three-year funding plan, clearly outlining responsibilities and strategies to embed fundraising into daily operations, ensuring long-term financial security. You will be equipped with the tools and knowledge to develop a practical funding plan that supports their organisation’s future sustainability.
