Life and work can be hard, challenging and disappointing; however, research covered in ORANGES has shown that there are certain strategies and skills that allow people to navigate the challenges of life more effectively and despite the upsets bounce back and flourish. ORANGES has seven workshops:
• Optimism • Resilience • Attitude • Now (Mindfulness) • Gratitude • Energy • Strengths
The standard program is held over two-days with an introduction and the first three letters (O, R and A) conducted on day one and the final four letters (N, G, E and S) on day two. Again, to meet the needs of staff during this time we will be facilitating programs as 1 segment per week.
It is important that participants attend all sessions to benefit from the whole program.
This is a group-based, hands-on, program ideal for teams navigating change, uncertainty and workplace challenges.
